This is the place to learn all about Erzulie's Authentic Voudou organization, customer service inquires, favorite charities, wholesale pricing, and media information!

Since late 2002 with the opening of our New Orleans Voodoo shop in the heart of the French Quarter, Erzulie's Authentic Voudou has grown considerably to provide more authentic, handcrafted Voudou spiritual products and services. We have also incorporated many other ancient traditions and paths to serve everyone who is seeking genuine spiritual assistance and guidance. Meeting our customers has been an amazing experience and we certianly hope you love our new, larger French Quarter Voodoo Store location, which we moved into on September of 2005 (right after Hurricane Katrina). We also hope you visit us at our new Historic Downtown Newport, RI location which we opened late August 2007!

ERZULIE'S VOODOO SHOP - CUSTOMER SERVICE

At Erzulie's we excel at outstanding customer service and support above all else. You will always be treated with personal service, respect, compassion and genuine assistance at Erzulies! We work very hard to remember each and every guest that has visited Erzulie's and your details so we can provide the highest level of personal service and attention to you. Our New Orleans Voodoo retail store hours are Thurs -Sun 11am - 8pm CST, and the NEW Newport store hours are Thurs - Mon 11am - 6pm EST. We are available by appointment Mon-Wed as well and available to speak with you by phone or in person anytime, should you have any questions on any products or services your purchased. This is not to be confused with getting into any details of your personal situation, that takes time and expertise to delve into for accurate guidance and requires a consultation.

WEBMISTRESS: Unique to Erzulie's, Anna (affectionately known as the Root Queen) the owner and founder, personally responds to all emails sent to her from every customer. She truly takes the time to know you and your situation personally, as soon as possible. She is primarily based out of our NEW Newport, RI location at (401) 845-2055.

To insure fairness to each and every customer, her responses are based upon a "first come, first serve" basis, Monday - Friday only as the office is NOT OPEN on Saturday or Sunday, nor on major Holidays. ERZULIE'S VOODOO SHOP - FAVORITE CHARITIES

Sadly, I have found that many of our current spiritual experts are so busy telling you all about how important they are, how many levels of initiations they have achieved, how many books they published or how many lectures they gave, etc. and all of which is great, but I have yet to hear them say how they really serve. How do they give back or assist with those in extremely difficult, painful and impoverished living conditions? Who steps to the plate? I would much rather hear about that than their curriculum vitae.

At Erzulie's, we are very committed to making this world a better place as much and as often as we can. Personally, I am very protective and supportive of children, although I do not have any of my own. It is my personal belief if you help or rescue a child during their fundamental years; give them nourishment, stability, safety and comfort, they have a better chance at growing into a stable and balanced adult. I would love to see all children flourish and become strong, safe, balanced adults, although I know so many get lost through the cracks. We are honored to assist the following reputable and well organized charities and we strongly encourage you to donate if financially possible.

Many charities need supplies, time, deliveries, phone assistance and rescue services, so if you cannot donate "cash" you can certainly donate your abilities to those much less fortunate. Further, Erzulie's is currently working on charitable programs where a percentage of certain product sales are donated toward these charities. When this is completely structured and organized, you will see the special symbols by the products which proceeds are allocated for charitable donations. All of these charities are registered, 501C nonprofit organization with outstanding reputations.

Another stellar organization that spans nationally and internationally which focuses on creating a better world by constructively addressing gender based discrimination, domestic violence, reproductive choices, family-work conflicts, caregiver support, childhood education, hunger and health. WCFS is a coalition comprised of many of America's finest charitable organizations dedicated to meeting the needs of women, children, and families in America and around the world. Our members provide real solutions to real problems, and act as a force for change with law and policy makers. They are members of the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) which ties many credible and wonderful charities together nationwide to lobby for federal dollars and donations for very worthy charities.

A superb resource center and watch dog on all the best and most credible charities for children. Children's Charities of America is a coalition comprised of many of America's finest charitable organizations dedicated to meeting the needs of children. Our mission is two fold: First, to heighten public awareness of children's issues and the solutions to their problems. Second, to help our member agencies raise funds mainly through participation in workplace campaigns. Through its member organizations, CCA is striving to give children all over the world a fighting chance at a brighter tomorrow and a more fulfilling future. They provide complete listings to the best charities to help, rescue and intervene on behalf of abused, abandoned or neglected children. They are also members of Combined Federal Campaign (CFC).

Thank you for your interest in carrying Erzulie's Authentic Voodoo product lines at your store ~ we are indeed honored!  At Erzulie's, we are very environmentally conscious and do not produce unnecessary paper catalogs, so please peruse the website to select the products of interest to you.   Please note, not every item is available for wholesale, mostly the items found in our Authentic Voodoo section.  Simply email webmistress@erzulies.com with a list of the Authentic Voodoo products of interest so we may further discuss your requirements.

Since everything at Erzulie's is exclusive and handcrafted, and to save everyone a little time, you must meet the following requirements before discussing any details or obtaining price quotes:

• Name, Address, Location and Website of Business
• You must be a legitimate business with Federal Tax ID or equivalent for your Country
  
• You must be a legitimate business with State Sales Tax Exemption or Resale ID or equivalent for your Country
• You must have a functioning store front or established web business with PHONE NUMBERS and a street mailing address
• You must be able to provide 3 trade references
• We require a $300 minimum purchase for wholesale orders
  
• All wholesale orders are prepaid in advance 
• We only accept Certified Bank Checks or Money Orders as payment for wholesale orders; we will not accept Credit Cards or Personal Checks
  
• All wholesale orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin crafting with the final balance paid before shipping the items
• We will consider your order voided should your balance not be paid within 45 calendar days upon notification your order is ready to ship
  
• Please allow 2-6 weeks to complete your wholesale order depending upon the items selected
  
• We only sell in 10 unit minimums per product/per product style, for example: 10 Seduction Oils or 10 Renew Oils, not 5 of each style to equal 10 units; we require 10 units per item/style to qualify for wholesale pricing
• Product Line Development services are available for additional fees
